Is everything handmade?

Yes. Every piece is carefully made in my studio with attention to the details that matter. Small variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 0–3 business days.

During busy periods, processing may take 5–8 business days.

In rare cases, processing may take a little longer due to material availability or production adjustments. If that happens, I'll contact you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weekends, holidays, weather, or other unexpected carrier delays.

Is it made from genuine leather?

Yes. Every leather product at One Moss Nook is made from genuine leather.

Each piece is made using carefully selected leather chosen for its quality, texture, and how it will age over time. The specific leather used for each item is listed in the product description.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $199

Remote & Special Regions

Some remote or hard-to-reach destinations cannot be calculated automatically at checkout. If your address requires an additional shipping fee, I'll contact you by email before your order is shipped.

Remote area surcharges are typically $15.99–$20.99. APO/FPO addresses may also require additional shipping fees.

If you're unsure whether your address falls into a remote area, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking details to be available. You can track your order on our website’sTracking Page.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes! If you're sending your order as a gift, simply leave a note at checkout.

I'm also happy to handwrite a short gift message for you at no extra charge. Just include your message in the order notes, and I'll take care of the rest.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

All product photos are taken by me and show the actual product—they're never AI-generated or heavily edited.

I do my best to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, because genuine leather is a natural material and lighting conditions vary, the color may appear slightly different depending on the light or your screen.

Each piece also has its own unique grain, texture, and character, making every item one of a kind.

If you'd like extra peace of mind, I'm happy to send you a short photo or video of your item before it ships. Just leave a note at checkout or email me after placing your order. I'll ship it only after you're happy with it.

Do you offer custom orders?

Not at the moment.

To keep quality consistent and processing times reliable, I'm currently focusing on my existing collection rather than custom projects.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, update your order, or cancel it, please email me as soon as possible at shop@onemossnook.com. I'll do my best to help before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, I'm unfortunately unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds. This includes changes to the shipping address, order contents, or shipping method.

Should I wait for a sale?

I wouldn't recommend it.

I rarely run major sales, and every design is made in small batches rather than produced in large quantities.

Once a style sells out, it may or may not be restocked. That depends on customer demand and whether I'm able to source the same materials again.

If there's something you really love, it's usually best to get it while it's available.
